Alpha Brand Clothing Return Policy

We want you to love your Alpha Brand Clothing gear! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make it right. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Return Terms & Conditions:

• Regular-Priced Items: Can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Sale Items: Eligible for exchange or store credit only within 30 days. No refunds.
• BOGO (Buy One, Get One) Items: If returning a BOGO purchase, you must return both items to qualify for a refund. If keeping one, the item retained will be charged at full price.
• Clearance Items: Final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

To start a return, contact our support team with your order details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
